Your order will be shipped via Singapore Post and a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled.
All normal mails/ smartpacs are dispatched to Singapore Post daily on working days. Please allow 1–2 working days for order processing. We strive to avoid any delay and ensure your items reach you as soon as possible.
You can expect to receive your parcel within 2–3 working days upon receiving our delivery notification. Do note that during festive seasons, delivery may be extended due to higher mail volumes handled by the delivery provider.

Enjoy the convenience of having your order delivered straight to your doorstep. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled.
Please allow 1–2 working days for order processing. We do our best to avoid any delays (unless due to unforeseen circumstances) to ensure that your order reaches you as early as possible.

International Delivery
We currently do not ship internationally.
Delivery Information
At HAYA, we do our best to dispatch orders promptly. During busy periods, processing may take longer and orders will be shipped the following working day.
All our products are in stock and we only accept orders once the following conditions are met:
- Payment has been accepted and billing address verified.
- Delivery address has been verified.
External factors may occasionally cause delays.

We do not charge GST.

Returns & Refunds (Defective Goods Only)
At HAYA, we take great pride in offering original and high-quality products. Every item is carefully checked before dispatch. Please read our policy before making a purchase.
Sale & Clearance Items
Returns, exchanges and refunds for sale or clearance items are strictly not allowed.
General Policy
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Item not suitable
- Item does not match expectations
Note: Due to hygiene and sterilisation purposes, we are unable to provide exchanges once items have been received.
Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is not what you ordered, please email marlina@hayasg.com with your order number, name, address, product details and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Defective or Faulty Items
If the item you received is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Our team will verify the defect before any return or replacement is approved.
Once verified, you may return the item to us in its original condition and packaging (with product tag intact) for a replacement.
- If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
- Refunds exclude shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 14 working days for the amount to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Returning An Item
- HAYA is not liable for any items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed delivery service.
- Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to reach us.
- Once we have received the returned item in its original condition (with product tag intact and all packaging included), we will process the replacement or refund within 7 working days.
- If a replacement is not possible due to unavailability of a similar item (e.g., style or colour), you may choose another item of equal or higher value, or receive a refund.
How To Return
To initiate a return, please email marlina@hayasg.com with:
- Order number
- Your name and address
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Whether you require a refund or replacement
Once your returned item(s) have been verified, we will process your request and notify you by email or whatsapp.
Please allow up to 10 working days for refunded amounts to appear in your bank statement.
Refund Value & Conditions
- Refunds will exclude all shipping fees.
- For Singapore orders, the full value of the item (excluding shipping) will be refunded.
- For international orders, any customs duties or sales taxes paid are non-refundable.
Important Note
Please inspect your items upon receipt and before removing any product tags. Once a tag is removed, returns are only accepted if the item is defective.
