Shipping and Returns

LOCAL DELIVERY

HAYA offers FREE SHIPPING in the interest of good customer service for all orders. For orders above SGD85, we deliver right to your doorstep by courier service. 

Normal Mail (without tracking number) 

  • Normal Mail Rate: FREE
  • All normal mails will be sent to Singapore Post for delivery on our mass mailing days (2-3 days a week)
  • Pls allow 2-3 working days for order processing. Be assured that we will avoid any delays unless due to unforeseen circumstances, to ensure that you receive your orders as early as possible.
  • You should receive your items within 7-10 working days upon receipt of delivery notification from us.
  • HAYA will not be responsible for any lost parcels delivered by normal mail. There will be no refund or replacement of items for any lost mails.
  • For your own protection, and if you are buying a few items and do not want to encounter any lost mail situation, we HIGHLY recommend that you opt for courier service that offers tracking service by our courier service provider.

    Courier Service (with tracking number)

    • Tracking number will be emailed to you after parcel has been collected by our courier service provider,
    • Pls allow at 2-3 working days for order processing and do note that collections are arranged with our courier service provider almost daily, to ensure that you receive your orders as early as possible.
    • For your own protection, and if you are buying a few items and do not want to encounter any lost mail situation, we HIGHLY recommend that you opt for courier service that offers tracking service by our courier service provider.
    • You should receive your item within 7 working days upon receipt of delivery notification and tracking number from us.

      INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

      We engage Singapore Post for all international deliveries.

      DELIVERY TO MALAYSIA, INDONESIA and BRUNEI DARUSSALAM

      Flat fee of $15.00 per parcel.

        A Singapore Post tracking number will be emailed to you within 72 hours.

        Pls note that we do not offer this delivery service for ANAS and So Alap! matte lip creams. Pls email us at has@hayasg.com if you would like to purchase and we will advise an alternative shipping.

        AUSTRALIA and OTHER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

        Standard flat rate for international shipping costs $25.00 (for orders below $50) and $35.00 (for orders above $50).

        All international orders are handled by Singapore Post from Singapore.

        Pls note that we do not offer this delivery service for So Alap! matte lip cream. Pls email us at has@hayasg.com if you would like to purchase and we will advise an alternative shipping.

        Delivery information

        At HAYA, we try our hardest to dispatch your orders as soon as we receive them but during busy periods this may not be possible so orders will be sent the following day.

        All our products are in stock and we can only accept orders for products provided that:

        - Payment has been accepted and billing address verified.

        - Delivery address has been verified.

        - Please note that external factors may occasionally cause delays.

         Taxes

        All prices include GST for all Singapore customers.

        GST is not charged for non Singapore customers and as such there is no GST available to claim back for international customers.

        RETURNS & REFUNDS

        HAYA prides itself on original and unique products. With all of your purchases, we hope to provide the best possible service and goods. However, if the goods you have received is defective, we will verify it. Once we have verified and confirmed that the goods that you have received is defective, you can return your purchases to us in their original condition, for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Note - the value of refund will exclude shipping costs.

        If your order has been sent to a destination within Singapore, the full amount will be refunded. For orders outside Singapore, customs duties and sales taxes incurred by the purchaser are non-refundable.

        The recipient will be responsible for the cost of returning any items. HAYA is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post, buyers are advised to use a signed delivery service when returning goods. Considerations should be taken as returning goods may take up to 7 working days to arrive with us, unless sent via special delivery, so please ensure you allow enough time for any return.

        HAYA thoroughly checks all items for any defects before dispatch, but as an extra precaution, we advise that customers check goods on receipt and before removing the product tag. Once this tag is removed, we will not accept any returns unless the item is faulty.

        Once we have received the returned goods in their original condition with the product tag in-tact, complete with all their original packaging, we will refund the original credit or debit card used for the purchase. The refund will incur the value of the order excluding the original delivery charge. We try to process the refund procedure as quickly as possible once we have received the returned goods, but please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This will also depend on your bank or credit card issuer.

        How to Return

        1. Send an email to has@hayasg.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
        2. Send the the item(s) in all the original packaging. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that ensures you for the value of the goods.
        3. The return address is 454 Pasir Ris Drive 6 #06-200 Singapore 510454.
        4. Once your returned item(s) have arrived at HAYA and been verified by our customer services team we will process the refund. You will be notified either by phone or email informing you that your item(s) have been received safely and that we are processing your refund.
        5. Please allow up to 10 working days for monies being refunded to show up on your bank statement.

        Important Returns Information

        HAYA will not accept returns for items returned outside of the 7 days return period, or items that have been worn, marked (with stains, odor or damage) or where the product tag has been removed (unless the item is faulty). The item must be returned to us in its original packaging with the completed returns documentation enclosed.

        Our decision will always be final with regard to the condition of items if we have reasonable grounds to believe they have been worn.

        In some cases, where Singpost has been unable to secure a signature on delivery, the order will be taken to a Singpost postal office. If the customer does not collect the order or arrange a redelivery with Singpost, the order will usually be returned to HAYA. HAYA will resend the order to the customer, at the customer's expense. However, the 7 days returns policy will apply to the date that initial delivery was made, not the date of re-delivery.

        If what you have been sent is not what you originally ordered, please email has@hayasg.com quoting your order number, name and address, product details and the reason for return. Please also advise whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then respond via email or telephone on how to proceed with your return.

        We reserve the right to withdraw delivery at any time.

        We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.

        Cancellation Policy

        You can cancel your order up to the point it is marked as fulfilled. Once it is marked as fulfilled it has been shipped and will need to be treated as a return as the goods will have left our hands. For cancellations please email has@hayasg.com
