Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds (Defective Items Only)

HAYA prides itself on original, high-quality products. For hygiene and sterilisation reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Change of mind
  • Item not suitable or not matching expectations

Defective Items

If you receive a defective product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days at marlina@hayasg.com.
  2. Return the item in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  3. Once verified, we will provide:
  • replacement of the same item, or
  • refund (excluding shipping costs) if the item is out of stock.

Important Notes

  • Refunds may take up to 14 working days to appear in your account.
  • You are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a signed delivery service.
  • Returns of worn, damaged, stained, odoured, or untagged items will not be accepted.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered:

  • Email marlina@hayasg.com with your order number, name, address, product details, and whether you want a refund or replacement.
  • We will guide you on the return process.
